Pick Up and Delivery Policy
Free Pick-Up
We offer free pick up of furniture and other select items in good condition within 5 miles of the Lakewood store location. The condition of all items must be verified by photo before pick-up can be scheduled. Our Field Techs make the final decision to accept an item for donation when on site.
Pick-Up Further Than 5 Miles
We ask for a donation based on mileage. Please call, text, or chat with us for more information.
Removal
When the condition of an item does not qualify for donation, other services may be offered.
Piano Delivery
Free delivery of pianos is available within 25 miles when purchased from the Lakewood store location and includes ground-level installation and setup. Delivery beyond 25 miles incurs an additional mileage fee.
Furniture Delivery
We offer two flat-rate delivery options for up to 25 miles from our location:
- $79 – Drop-off delivery to your door or garage
- $149 – Helping Hand delivery service, which includes inside delivery, setup, and placement
