Free Piano Donation Acceptance
American Samaritan accepts donated pianos when approved through our donation process.
Free Drop-Off Option
Approved piano donors may arrange to drop off pianos at our facility at no cost (ALL DROP OFF DONATIONS MUST BE APPROVED AND SCHEDULED TRHOUGH A BOOKING AGENT).
Third-Party Delivery Option
Donors may also hire their own mover or third-party transportation provider to deliver a piano donation. We recommend Keyboard Carriers (please link to keyboardcarriers.com)

Optional Professional Piano Pickup Service
Customers who prefer professional pickup may choose to utilize American Samaritan’s trained and insured piano moving team for an optional service fee starting at $299. (Through this service we pick up and accept ALL PIANOS for donation regardless of condition)
Optional service fees apply only when customers choose to utilize our professional pickup, transportation, moving, or delivery services.
This fee covers:
- Professional piano movers
- Specialized equipment
- Commercial trucks
- Insurance
- Transportation
- Labor and scheduling
